The Twin Tiers Five Rivers FFI is a group of fly fishers living in the Twin Tiers -- New York State's Southern Tier (including Bath, Corning, Big Flats, Elmira, Waverly and surrounding communities), and Pennsylvania's Northern Tier (including Sayre, Athens, Troy, Wellsboro, and Tioga, PA.)
We fish the Twin Tiers's Five Rivers -- the Chemung, Cohocton, Tioga, Canisteo, and Susquehanna, and other local streams, lakes, and ponds, for trout, bass, sunfish, carp, and other species. Club members share information and ideas, comraderie, and community service. This website is for club members, and for those who might be interested in becoming members.
The club is raffling off a new Orvis or TFO fly rod in May, 2018.
(Winner picks model & weight; single-handed only.)

Planning has begun for the 2018 Fly Fishing Academy!
"Learn to fly fish in one day" is the goal of our annual Fly Fishing Academy, to be held Saturday, April 7th, 2018 (our 11th year!). Students learn to cast, tie the right knots, select the right fly, and hook, land, and release a fish on fly tackle. Trout, bass, panfish, and even carp and steelhead on the fly are covered.
Pre-registration is required -- Prospective students should contact Kirk Klingensmith or Matt Towner to register. For more information, click here.
